It has been a very long 11 days worth of festivaling (Yes, I made this word up), but after 85 features and 84 shorts for a total of 169 films from 27 countries, I’m glad to say this year’s Dallas International Film Festival is a wrap. I want to thank everyone associated with DIFF for putting on such an amazing festival and having it flow fairly smoothly, even though they did misplace my ticket to Beautiful Boy, but that’s another story. I appreciated the opportunity to provide coverage of the festival and being able to see some of the awesome films in attendance. I’m very excited about the festival next year and can’t wait to do it all over again.
