I didn’t get a chance to head down south for this year’s ActionFest but one movie that made a big splash and also took home the award for best feature was the mountain climbing action film, A Lonley Place to Die. The film was directed by Julian Gilbey, who also took home the best director award at ActionFest, and stars Melissa George, Ed Speleers and Eamonn Walker.
In about a month the movie will be released theatrically in the UK and so, to prepare for it, Kaleidoscope Entertainment has debuted a trailer for the films impending release.
The trailer looks like it might actually be as good as people have made it out to be. It won’t be getting a release here in the states until about November, but you can count on this guy seeing it when that time rolls around. Take a look at the trailer and be sure to share your thoughts in the comments further down the page.
Five mountaineers on a climbing trip in the Scottish Highlands stumble across a child buried in a box, her cries echoing through a breathing pipe jutting from the earth. Digging her out, they throw themselves into the middle of a vicious kidnapping scheme and become targets of the culprits who will hunt them to the ends of the earth
