A bit over a week ago I posted the trailer for Red Sword, a Japanese horror erotica sexploitation adaptation of Little Red Riding Hood. Today I bring you the trailer for Lust of the Dead, a horror erotica exploitation zombie movie . Let’s be honest: with the current zombie film craze, we all know this was going to happen.
However, after viewing this trailer I take everything bad I said about Red Sword back. Despite sharing the same lead actress Asami and samurai sword ass kicking, Lust of the Dead is not only in much worse taste but its production values are simply awful. The terrible digital nuclear explosion in the opening moments is just the start… it’s all downhill from there.
The film also features Alice Ozawa, Yuria Hidaka, Riri Kouda, and Saya Kobayashi, who seem to be better known for films that don’t involve much dialogue (if you get what I’m saying). They join Asami in fighting off the lustful zombies. The movie is going direct to DVD in March in Japan (big surprise?).
I’m actually very happy that this trailer isn’t translated, because from the looks on the faces of these characters I really don’t want to know what they’re saying. But again, definitely NSFW:
