In another cool event that Movie Buzzers had the pleasure of attending, I had the opportunity to conduct interviews on the red carpet during the New York premiere of Red Lights. In attendance were star Cillian Murphy (who casually reminded the photographers that his name is pronounced “Kill-i-an” not “Sill-i-an.” Doesn’t anyone do research anymore?) and director Rodrigo Cortés (Buried). I got to speak to both of them a little about the film, which I had seen the week prior. I also got to speak with up actress Devin Kelley. Kelley is the star of TV’s Chicago Code and made her big screen debut starring in this year’s Chernobyl Diaries and is next starring with Will Estes in the romantic drama Anchors. I asked her about the film, which she was more than happy to talk about:
Special thanks to Millennium Entertainment for inviting Movie Buzzers to this premiere! Red Lights opens in theaters on July 13. We’ll have our review for Red Lights posted in early July.
