Bryan Singer‘s Jack the Giant Slayer is another film that has been doing the release date and title shuffle for quite some time now. Well it seems like things have finally settled down for the fairy tale film and today it seems like we get to meet the larger stars of the picture.
Warner Bros. released via their twitter, five new posters that feature the giants from the film. Interestingly enough their names just so happen to be Fee, Fye, Foe, Fum and Fallon. Not really sure about the last name but the other four are pretty iconic to the fairy tale. I’m going to assume Fallon is a play on Fallen, as in the giants fell from the sky, but I could be reading too much into it.
The film is set to hit theaters March 1st and features Nicholas Hoult, Ewan McGregor, Eleanor Tomlinson, Ian McShane, Bill Nighy and Stanley Tucci.
Jack the Giant Slayer” tells the story of an ancient war that is reignited when a young farmhand unwittingly opens a gateway between our world and a fearsome race of giants. Unleashed on the Earth for the first time in centuries, the giants strive to reclaim the land they once lost, forcing the young man, Jack (Hoult) into the battle of his life to stop them. Fighting for a kingdom, its people, and the love of a brave princess, he comes face to face with the unstoppable warriors he thought only existed in legend–and gets the chance to become a legend himself.
