If you haven’t heard of You’re Next and you’re a horror/thriller fan you need to find a way out of that rock that you’ve been living under. One of the most exciting and intense home invasion thrillers of recent memory, Adam Wingard’s hard-R thriller is finally hitting theaters at the end of the summer and now we have a trailer to give you a taste of what all the hype is about.
The trailer does a great job of setting the film’s pace and tone up while also leaving out a key element to keep the audience on their toes and slightly off guard. I caught the film film at SXSW this year and called it “a cool as shit home invasion thriller.” I, along with everyone else in the crowd were loving almost every minute of it.
