A host of names have been confirmed to join Bruce Willis in the upcoming 2014 thriller, The Prince. Jason Patric, John Cusack, Gia Mantegna, South Korean singer/actor Rain and Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson – who seems to be trying to make a serious name for himself in Hollywood – will all join Willis to make up the star-studded cast in this relatively low-budget movie which is being financed by Emmett/Furla, who were behind the successful and well received Two Guns and next months Escape Plan, starring Arnie and Stallone.
While little is still known about the film, Brian A. Miller‘s action thriller follows a retired Las Vegas crime boss (Patric) forced to return to the City after his daughter goes missing. Willis, who was previously set to star in the film, will play one of Patric’s enemies, who has been waiting for him to return to the City for a long time, as he has a score to settle – so we can expect at least one big showdown in the film. It’s rumoured that Cusack will play a friend of Patric’s, who is trying to help him find his daughter.
Production for The Prince will begin next month in Mobile, Alabama.
