With the Cannes film market set to launch in two days, it was only a matter of time before a flood of information, art, trailers and more would hit the interwebs. Now, after it was announced that production would begin this year, the Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller co-directed feature, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, finally has some sort of visual in the form of sales art to go along with the other information that we already have.
What we know is that the Oscar winning screenwriter of The Departed, William Monahan, worked on the script with Miller and that Mickey Rourke and Rosario Dawson are already signed on. Most of the original cast is expected to return so now all we have to do is continue to play the waiting game and see what the future holds in store for us.
Though the art isn’t that special, really just more of the same, at least we can have something to look at while we wait for production to start.
