Movie Buzzers has been all over the hype about Wes Craven’s Scream 4, but at least we now have the first full-length official trailer for the film due out April 15, 2011. Not only does it feature the same dry humor between characters and enthralling chase scenes with the infamous Ghostface Killer, but we are also reunited with Scream veterans Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette. Hit the jump to watch the trailer.
In addition, we get to see some suspenseful clips with Hayden Panettiere (I Love You Beth Cooper) and Emma Roberts (It’s Kind of a Funny Story), in addition to learning about the evolution of the first killings that took place in the film’s fictional Woodsboro, where Campbell’s Sidney Prescott has returned to live. Fittingly enough, it is a monumental anniversary of the notorious slew of murders, and fifteen years after since the first film, thus inspiring another series of killings that take place during this fourth installment.
Check out all of the articles about images and fan-made trailers from the movie, as well as information on casting that Movie Buzzers has previusly covered. We’re so excited about this film and will be bringing our readers updates every step of the way!
