Latino Review has done it again with their latest announcement for an upcoming info drop at this year’s SDCC. Two days ago they dropped the news regarding the Guardians of the Galaxy for Marvel and later that night they dropped this interesting bit of information hinting that Legendary Pictures will bring Godzilla to Hall H this year.
Legendary Pictures has been pretty generous when it comes to divulging news regarding upcoming projects during Comic Con. Last year I remember them speaking about the highly anticipated film from Guillermo Del Toro, Pacific Rim, along with the now scrapped Paradise Lost film. So what better time to announce more information regarding the king of lizards then during SDCC.
While not a whole lot of detail is know about the reboot, we do know that Monsters director Gareth Edwards will be in the directors chair for the film while there has also been speculation that other monsters besides Godzilla would be making an appearance. Trust me, anything that comes out with Godzilla in it will be better then that crap that came out back in 1998.
Keep checking back as I will be updating Live from SDCC this year with all the news from the reel world.
