This week, Terry Jones said “We’re getting together and putting on a show — it’s real. I’m quite excited about it. I hope it makes us a lot of money. I hope to be able to pay off my mortgage!” Yes folks that is Terry Jones, one of the living members of Monty Python, who was quoted and confirming that the gang is getting back together for a new stage show.
That’s right, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Terry Gilliam, and maybe even Graham Chapman in some weird form like a cardboard cutout, are coming back for another round of comedy, the first time since a one-off appearance in 1998 at the Aspen Comedy Festival
Details are scarce at the moment but an official press conference will be held tomorrow to provide more information on what this reunion will entail so stay tuned as what’s to come will surely be exciting.
