I’ll add spoiler space, even though — to be honest — even if this is true, it’s not much of a spoiler because it lacks detail. Still, you might want to be surprised if it comes true, so read on only if you dare!

According to MovieWeb, a great cameo is rumored for The Dark Knight Rises. Just who is it?
Batman.
No seriously, Batman is set for a cameo in The Dark Knight Rises.
Confused? I’m talking about this Batman:
Yes, Adam “NuhNaNuhNaNuhNaNuhNaNuhNa…. BATMAN!” West is rumored to have been seen on the UK set for The Dark Knight Rises recently, and, if so, it’s probably safe to assume that a cameo appearance in the film is in the cards. If true, it’ll be fascinating to see the silliest on-screen Batman on screen with the darkest. Of course, this isn’t much of a surprise, since it seems superhero cameos are the thing to do (see X-Men: First Class, the Hulk movies, everything with Stan Lee).
With or without Adam West, The Dark Knight Rises will feature Christian Bale as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Caine as Alfred, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon, and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Joining them will be Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathawayas Catwoman/Selina Kyle, Marion Cotillard as a Wayne Enterprises board member, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Officer John Blake, Alan Aboutboul as a “mad scientist”. and Josh Penceas the young Ra’s Al Ghul for flashback scenes. Christopher Nolan, of course, is returning to direct from a script by the Nolan brothers.
