As if Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows pt.2 wasn’t big enough to begin with, why doesn’t Warner Brother make it even bigger by releasing a teaser for one of, if not the most anticipated film ever with the film.
That right folks, rumor on the streets is that Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises will debut it’s teaser trailer before Harry Potter next week. Superhero Hype was the first to break this news and also included that a teaser poster is expect to be released next week as well for the film.
It hasn’t been confirmed yet so anything can change but it seems from a marketing standpoint, why not debut a highly anticipated film trailer with one of the most anticipated films of 2011. I guess what people are wonder is if we will actually get footage of the film or will it be more of a voice over like The Dark Knight teaser trailer. More likely it will just be a fade in with voices that ends with the batman logo and maybe a hint to really start the viral marketing for the film.
And if that wasn’t enough, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows is also suppose to premier before Harry Potter as well.
The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Josh Stewart
