In case you missed it, I am now posting the trailer to the new Adam McKay’s (Step Brothers) film, The Other Guys, starring Mark Wahlberg (Shooter), Will Ferrell (Old School), Samuel L. Jackson (Iron Man 2), and Dwayne Johnson (Tooth Fairy). This movie just moved way up on my list of movies to see this year and I believe it will be the same for many of you. The story is about two mismatched New York City detectives who seize an opportunity to step up like the city’s top cops whom they idolize — only things don’t quite go as planned.
This comedy will be released in theaters on August 6, 2010 so get pumped! All I am hoping is that they didn’t show all of the funny parts in the trailer, the downfall of many comedies. Check out the trailer and decide what you think about Mr. McKay’s new film.
