Hey all,
So this week I’m really excited to show off some new trailers to you all because of the crazy variety of films. One film is about weed while another is about strippers fighting zombies (leave it to the Japanese). We have those extremes and everything else in between, so hit the jump to check them out.
The trailer doesn’t tell you too much but it is pretty cool the way it is narrated nonetheless. I have heard that this movie is extremely clever and very funny so keep an eye out for it in the future, especially stoners.
Plot: A high school valedictorian who gets baked with the local stoner finds himself the subject of a drug test. The situation causes him to concoct an ambitious plan to get his entire graduating class to face the same fate, and fail.
Bit Tit Zombies
I can’t say much about this trailer because the title says it all. The movie is directed Takao Nakano and could only be a byproduct of the Japanese film industry. Oh and did I mention that it may be in 3-D?
Plot: Rena Jodo (Sola Aoi) is a stripper who just got back from Mexico and she has been offered a gig at a hot spring resort. When she arrives, she finds a deserted country town. There’s hardly anyone in the audience at the strip club and all the other strippers, including Ginko (Risa Kasumi), Maria (Mari Sakurai), Nene (Tamayo) and Dana (Io Aikawa) are all bored stiff. They don’t know what to do with their time and they are on the verge of fighting each other.
Watching this trailer may shock you because it is extremely rare when you find yourself sympathizing with a Nazi(s). I personally am looking forward to watching this movie because I have never heard of this story and it looks like it has a lot of potential to be successful. It almost reminds you of Shindler’s List but on a whole ‘nother level, and in color. The movie stars Daniel Bruhl (Inglorious Basterds), Ulrich Tukur, and Steve Buscemi (Reservoir Dogs). This German film is directed by Florian Gallenberger. Watch the trailer below and read the plot to understand it.
Plot: A true-story account of a German businessman who saved more than 200,000 Chinese during the Nanjing massacre in 1937-38
This trailer actually looks pretty cool because of the story it is trying to tell: A movie spun out of equal parts folk tale, fable and real-life legend about the mysterious, 1930s Tennessee hermit who famously threw his own rollicking funeral party… while he was still alive. Also, the cast is terrific with the likes of Bill Murray, Robert Duvall, and Sissy Spacek controlling the screen time.
When they decide to go down to the basement of the club to kill time, Maria finds a “Book of the Dead” near “the Well of the Spirit.” But who could have imagined the horror and panic that find would bring? Maria’s reading of the book out loud has somehow revived the dead and zombies start appearing all over the world attacking mankind. It’s Hell in the real world!
Dana and Nene are bitten by the zombies and they turn into living dead who attack Rena and Ginko. The poor big‐bosomed babes have no choice but to fight against Maria who now rules the zombies and tries to establish a kingdom of zombies. Rena and Ginko have to challenge Maria and the hordes of zombies! And how does the Blue Demon Devil (Minoru Torihada) fit in?
Yakuza Busting Girls: Duel in Hell (directed by Shinichi Okuda)
This trailer is based off of a short film project and has spawned two films, this one and another called Busting Girls: Yakuza Death Ride Battle. The trailer is ridiculous but check it out if you think you can handle the fun insanity that is girls kicking Yakuza ass.
