From the director of Pineapple Express and Your Highness comes David Gordon Green’s latest R-rated comedic endeavor, The Sitter, which stars the once heavy funnyman Jonah Hill in the titular role. The movie is about “a suspended college student, living at home with his single mom, [who] is talked into baby-sitting the three, young, misfit kids next door.”
The trailer I have embedded below is actually the second trailer to be released for the film. the first one was the red band trailer that I refused to watch because I know the movie will be a lot funnier if I don’t see some of the R-rated comedy prior to it. Despite the trailer below being approved for all audiences, I have to say I enjoyed the hell out of it and thought it was very funny. The only thing that this trailer didn’t show that much of was Sam Rockwell, who apparently was featured a lot more in the orgasmic red band version.
Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think of it in the comments section.
The Sitter hits theaters on December 9th and also stars Sam Rockwell, Ari Graynor, Max Records, Kevin Hernandez, Method Man and J.B. Smoove.
