The trailer itself has the best rugby I’ve seen in a movie to date even if everything else is a tad corny and clearly on the low budget side. The story follows a down and out Scottish player who moves to the states to avoid his father’s monster legacy and learn what it means to make your own legacy, not to just be someone else’s.
The coolest part about this film is that it was funded completely by rugby players because they wanted this movie to feel as authentic as humanly possible. Now that you have a little background info on the film, hit the jump to find some additional information along with the trailer for Play On.
The film stars Adam Gray-Hayward as the lead, Keir Kilgour, and is directed and co-written by David Story. Play On will be available for screening, including VOD and theatrical, starting on December 17th.
